Planned by someone who has run a site.

Construction.

Our founder worked on site as engineer, site manager and project manager. That experience shapes how we plan and coordinate building work, including the construction side of healthcare facilities.

The challenge

Building work rarely goes wrong on the drawings alone. It goes wrong where design, suppliers, approvals and site decisions fail to meet at the right moment, and that is easier to see once you have been responsible for a site.

Where we help

What we do in this sector.

Planning and sequencing

We turn a project into a clear order of work, with owners, dependencies and the decisions that have to be made on time.

Coordinating the parties

We keep the owner, designers, contractors, suppliers and advisers working from the same picture, with regular reporting on progress and risks.

Approvals and documentation

We map the approvals the work depends on, and keep contracts and reports in one traceable system.

Construction within a larger project

Where a building is part of something bigger, such as a healthcare facility, we connect the construction work to the medical, financial and regulatory planning around it.

Who this is for

  • Owners planning a new facility
  • Organizations where building is one part of a larger project
  • International teams building in Romania
  • Teams that need a coordinator who understands the site

What makes it difficult

  • Design, procurement and site work run on different clocks
  • A late decision is usually paid for on site
  • Approvals can hold up work that is otherwise ready
  • Responsibility can get lost between the parties

Our experience

A plan reads differently once you have run a site.

Bernard Apostol studied naval architecture, then worked in civil construction as an engineer, ran a factory's automatic welding department, and went on to work as a site manager and project manager. We advise and coordinate; we do not design or build.
