You work with the founder.
There is no hand-off to a junior team after the first meeting. The person you speak to is the person doing the work.
We take on few engagements.

The founder
From the site to the strategy.
Bernard Apostol studied naval architecture, then moved into civil construction: first as an engineer in a factory, running its automatic welding department, and then as a site manager and project manager.
Bernard then changed sides and founded APO Impact, and holds a master's in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from SNSPA, with a second master's in security and diplomacy under way.
